Batch Controller's Infranet.properties:

EAI_JS's Infranet.properties:

Steps To Reproduce this issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps to reproduce-
1. Deploy the Infranet.properties file with the environment variable for the above parameters
2. Start the process using pin_ctl utility
  1. pin_ctl start eai_js
  2. pin_ctl start pin_ctl start batch_controller
