DSG Owner Change Is Not Migrating The Non-Currency Balances (Doc ID 2667770.1)

PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SHARING_GROUP_SET_PARENT opcode is setting the parent but not migrating the Non-currency resources (NCR).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create on Account A with a discount sharing group (DSG).(opcode called for group setup is PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SHARING_GROUP_CREATE -> This has free units (units allocated via cycle forward event from the product)
2. Create Account B as a member of the Sharing group.(opcode called PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SHARING_GROUP_MODIFY)
3. Change the Owner of DSG to another Account C(opcode called is PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SHARING_GROUP_SET_PARENT)
4. After this step, the reference is updated. However the requirement is to also transfer the free units from the balance group of Account A to the balance group of Account C.

Question: What configuration changes required in the said opcode to migrate NCR also ?
