Subscription Charges Are Not Reversed on Account Inactivation

Goal
In a scenario, an account has been created with a quarterly product and with discount charges. While inactivating this account, only discount charges were reversed, whereas subscription charges were not reversed.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created an account with cycle forward quarterly product and discount with bill cycle starting on March 1st.
2. Performed billing for one month.
3. Inactivate the account using PCM_OP_SET_CUST_STATUS(62) with account_poid of the parent account on April 5th.
Question:
What changes are required in the subscription, so that the charges should also be reversed along with discount charges?
