Equipment Tree-View horizontal ScrollBar doesn't work
In the Equipment TreeView there is some label with more than 65 chars.
For these complete label is not shown, but when user clicks on Detach button, in the popup (large screen view) the label appears completely.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create Equipment Hierarchy with the label vale more than 65 characters and traverse the tree view.
