How to change defaulting of 'Group Sign Off Criteria' from the current 'All group members must approve' to 'Only one group member must approve' when assigning a User Group on Approvers?

Currently, Group Sign Off Criteria is defaulted with 'All group members must approve'

Steps
1. Login to Web Client
2. Open a specific Change
3. When progressing the status to CCB status, assign a User Group on Approvers
