Last updated on APRIL 19, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Allocation - Version 16.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When manually editing the Final values within the Results section of an allocation, the results do not always persist.
If keying in multiple edits to multiple records within the Results section, only the first or last modified record in the Results section is persisted, depending on how the user enters the values and navigates in the Results section.

1. Create and calculate a new allocation, ensure they are at least 10 Item/Location combinations in the Results section.
2. In the Results section,
3. Modify Final value on several Locations, by entering different quantities for each store then press Enter, followed by 2 more different values for 2 other locations then press Enter.
4. Tab out of the Final field for Store. Note that only the value for last store is saved.
-> Note Final Allocated Qty is only whatever values was entered for last location edited.
