Projects Tab Buttons (EPS, Activities, Team Usage, Assignments, Issues, Documents, Risks) Are Not Clickable in P6 Web (Doc ID 2670552.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to access any sub-tabs under the Projects tab (ex. Activities, Team Usage, Assignments, Issues, Documents, Risks), none of the items are not clickable.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All sub-tabs under the Projects tab should be clickable and accessible with a single click.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Opening the Developer Tools window (by pressing the keyboard F12 key) and selecting the Console tab, then clicking the sub-tabs, will display the following error:

MultiProjectHomeAction is not defined

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In P6 Web, select the Projects tab and open a project.
  2. Attempt to click on the Activities or another item below the Projects tab
  3. Nothing happens.
  4. Click the F12 keyboard key to open the Developer Tools window and select the Console tab.
  5. Reproduce the issue.
  6. The reported error displays each time a sub-tab is clicked.
