Qn1:  Downloaded the Pricing Design Center (PDC) 12 Patchset 3 i.e. (30823650) and gone through Readme.html doc.It is mentioned for installation refer below mentioned link

         But nothing is mentioned for PDC 12 Patch set3. Where to find detailed document for PDC12 Patch set 3 installation ?
 
Qn2:  Post upgrading to PDC12 patch set3. Do need to run post installation steps mentioned for PDC12 patch set 2 ?
