How To Update App Group SLA Configurations On PRM (Doc ID 2673009.1)

PRM and OCSG 7.0 installed in our environment. In OCSG  both custom and out of the box product APIs are being used. When updating TPS of APP group SLA for custom API , the SLA configurations related to SMS and Charging (out of the box product API) got removed from the SLA. Is this behavior a bug?
