Messages Are Accumulating In The JSRPEventListener Durable Subscriber Of XVTEventTopic (Doc ID 2673377.1)

Goal

SRT was installed and after a while customer realized that the SRT component is not being used in their solution. So they uninstall the SRT using the command 'ant -buildfile install.xml uninstall' (on the SRT install directory). After uninstalling SRT, it is noticed that the messages are accumulating in the JSRPEventListener durable subscriber on the XVTEventTopic .

In this durable subscriber, there are lots of messages, of type "OSS_EVENT_TYPE sa:createOrderByValueResponse" and no one is consuming these messages, so the related JMS queue is getting full of messages.

Note: As a workaround currently customer deletes this queue in periodically so that it will not grow indefinitely.

Question:

1. How to get rid of this situation?
2. What is the purpose of this JSRPEventListener durable subscriber of XVTEventTopic , can it be deleted?
