ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
C1-ACPAR is not processing previous date records even if the Number of Days parameter is set to 1

Base batch control ‘C1-ACPAR’ is not processing previous date records even if the ‘Number of Days’ parameter is set to ‘1’.
For example if the current date is 04/16/2020 (business date not provided) and we pass the ‘Number of Days’ =1, so the valid records to be picked up are for the date on and before 04/15/2020 but the batch is not picking/processing up records for 04/15/2020. The batch is picking the records with update status date on and before 04/14/2020.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
C1-ACPAR should process previous date records if the Number of Days parameter is set to 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run C1-ACPAR batch with numberofdays parameter set to 1
2. Verify the batch result seeing that 0 record processed by the batch
