Goal

Bug# 29767920 addressed the following issue:

After upgrading to MedDRA Upgrade Argus Insight 8.1.2 Initial ETL
intermittently pause with the following errors:

ORA-12812: only one PARALLEL or NOPARALLEL clause may be specified
ORA-06512: at "APR_MART.PKG_PWR_UTIL", line 3557
ORA-06512: at "APR_MART.PKG_PWR_UTIL", line 4002
