Symptoms

MSS 6.3.0.1003 | Equipment Specs and Installation  With Multiple Rate Codes
============= ==================================

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
============

Adding and removing node address overrides deletes ports

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
==============
Adding and removing node address overrides SHOULD NOT delete ports in the equipment

STEPS
=====

Suppose there is an equipment spec, has one physical port ("one") with DS3 and STS1 rate codes, and one normal port ("two") with an STS1 rate code.Each row has 28 level two DS1 enabled ports.

1-A new piece of equipment is added from this spec. At this point the rate code drop-down for port one is working normally.
2-A hard override node address is added to port one.
3-The override works normally.
4-The override is removed.

Problem: This action deletes port one, and all its enabled ports.This is permanent, and the equipment no longer matches its own spec.

WORKAROUNDS
===========
If the Override is added and removed using the Equipment-Edits screen , the issue is not seen .
