[11777] User ID/Password Is Invalid and java.security.InvalidKeyException: Illegal key size Errors for Login to LDAP Enabled OFSAA After Upgrade to 8.0.7 (Doc ID 2675841.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade from OFSAA 8.0.5 to OFSAA 8.0.7.2, login is failed with [11777] User ID/Password is invalid. Errors. LDAP is enabled. SYSADMN user also fails LDAP LOGIN.  The catalina.out file has the following error during login.

ERROR

java.security.InvalidKeyException: Illegal key size
at javax.crypto.Cipher.checkCryptoPerm(Cipher.java:1034)
at javax.crypto.Cipher.implInit(Cipher.java:800)
at javax.crypto.Cipher.chooseProvider(Cipher.java:859)
at javax.crypto.Cipher.init(Cipher.java:1370)
at javax.crypto.Cipher.init(Cipher.java:1301)
at com.iflex.fic.util.AESCryptor.AESCryptor.encrypt(AESCryptor.java:275)
at com.iflex.fic.util.ClsUCntSecUtilFuncs.encrypt(ClsUCntSecUtilFuncs.java:58)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete upgrade for LDAP enabled instance to OFSAA 8.0.7.2 and attempt to login.

Changes

 Upgraded from 8.0.5 to 8.0.7.2.
