Errors During Installation of PDC BRM Integration Pack on the 'BRM Server' Screen (Doc ID 2677041.1)

Scenario 1:

User setup includes installing Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) application and Pricing Design Center (PDC) which is integrated with BRM.
BRM application is installed in one machine.
PDC application is to be installed in another machine, by executing the file pdcserver-12.0.0.2.0_generic_full.jar.
While installing PDC with 'Installation Type' as 'Complete', there is error in the Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) as shown below, after providing 'BRM Server' location details and clicking Next:
