Unable To Edit "Max Concurrent Accesses" In The Subscriber Management Screen (Doc ID 2677345.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0.2.0.0 version, Service Management System (SMS),

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
------------------

"Max Concurrent Accesses" value cannot be edited inside the Subscriber Management Screen (Subscriber Management-->Edit Subscriber screen) for a Subscriber.



Note: While creating a new subscriber one is able to specify desired value for the "Max Concurrent" field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to edit the "Max Concurrent" field via SMS Screen for an existing Subscriber.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Subscriber via Subscriber Management screens and set Max Concurrent value as 1 and save.
2. Edit the subscriber.
3. Check if the "Max Concurrent" field is enabled for Edit or not.
