Error While Adding New Fields In Subscriber Profile Manager Screen (Doc ID 2677378.1)

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) version, Service Management System (SMS),

One is unable to add anything new to the Subscriber Profile Manager screen (SMS---> Subscriber Profile Management ---> New). It always throws the below Error while adding new fields.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. On SMS-- Subscriber Profile Manager -> Click New
2. Select and Specify the necessary fields(Field Type, Display Name, Layout Details etc) and click Save.
3. It throws "Error- A required field was not entered".
