Clicking Property Location Link on UIM Home Page Throws NPE on LocationResultsBean.getStreetAddress (Doc ID 2677534.1)

Symptoms

After creating Property Location through custom code started getting following error upon clicking the Property Location link from UIM home page:
An unresolvable error has occurred. Please contact your administrator for more information

In UIM logs following error can be seen:

Caused By: java.lang.NullPointerException
    at oracle.communications.inventory.ui.location.bean.page.LocationResultsBean.getStreetAddress(LocationResultsBean.java:196)
