PIN_SEPA Process Generating Pain008 File and Tags with No Data (Doc ID 2678789.1)

Symptoms

While running pin_sepa -sdd_req -verbose, the process is generating a pain008 file and some tags with no data.

One is sending these pain files to the Bank, and the Bank is expecting these tags not be presented in the pain008 file.
