Goal

On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, IP - Installation Upgrade Proc

SA Sync is no longer working after cumulative patch update

User applied <Patch 30960689>: CUMULATIVE HOTFIXES FOR CCB 2.7 SP3 AND FRAMEWORK 4.4 SP2 - FEB 2020, and after the patch, the SA Sync is no longer working. After investigation, the Audit Algorithm(F1-GCHG-CDCP -- Generic Change Data Capture) on the SA Maintenance Object was gone missing and it was deleted by <Patch 30331963>. There is no PFD for this patch.
