Symptoms

Diversity Set Violation Log Sequencing

   -  Increase the DV_ASSIGN_LOG_DVRSTY_SET_SEQ column on the DV_ASSIGN_LOG_DVRSTY_SET table

   -  Currently set at 3 digits, but need this increased substantially (INCREASE the field limit to 9 characters) to prevent errors
