XML Service Request Failed while opening a case after upgrade to Argus Safety version (Doc ID 2681669.1)

Customer upgraded Argus from v.8.1.2 to by following the oracle recommended path i.e 8.1.2 ->8.2.1->

Post upgrade when trying to open a case we are getting error as "XML Service Request Failed".

We also get the same error trying to run any Periodic Report


 ODAC version was changed in this environment...
