Goal

Are Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller(OCOMC) product release patch sets cumulative? In other words, does the successive/latest OCOMC Patch set include all fixes from previously released Patch sets?

Example: Can a customer directly upgrade from OCOMC 12 Patch set1 to Patch set 3 by skipping Patch Set 2?
