Unable to open case due to Error No: 301300103 Description: The Case Id Is Not Valid. It Does Not Exist. Please Try Again. (Doc ID 2683471.1)

User cannot open the case after entering Narrative J due to error dialogue.
'Error No: 301300103 Description: The case id is not valid. It does not exist. Please try again.'

In lower environment, entered the Narrative_J value as same as production environment, error was reproduced.
Deleted the whole value in the Narrative_J from back-end and case could opened.

Based on the below document we tried to find special character but we could not determine it.
