Elastic Search And SSL Functionality (Doc ID 2684051.1)

Symptoms

There was discussion about SSL being a restricted option; not fully supported yet.

The following version of Messaging Server was being used:  Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.0.2.6.20200227 64bit (built Feb 27 2020)

No warning was given about a restricted option when it was set:

$ msconfig
msconfig> set role.elasticsearch.sslusessl 0
msconfig# set role.elasticsearch.sslusessl 1


It should be clear whether SSL is a restricted option, and whether or not it is fully supported yet.
Due to this issue, there is confusion on whether or not this is fully supported and exactly how it should work.
