Symptoms

 On :  2.7.0.3.0 version, ENV - Environment

Bill segment error when Lights Changed on Same Date as Bill Segment Start or End Date Create Error  

The bill segments that have been billed before with similar setup are now failing after rate patches are applied. It was fine billing with same date but now it is failing with error message:  

(Items from usage request are not properly billed when items have overlapping dates)

ERROR
-----------------------
Bill Segment Period Start Date must be less than End Date.
