Argus AutoAccept ICSRs Functionality Not Working For Reporting Destination - Why ? (Doc ID 2686067.1)

Importing a large number of cases, so attempting to utilize the Argus option "Autoaccept ICSRs".

However, despite setting the "Autoaccept ICSRs" checkbox for the corresponding Reporting destination, the cases continue to stay in the ICSR Pending section, waiting to be processed manually.

According to the Argus Guidelines no other settings are involved.

The only requirement that appears is to have automatic case numbering activated, which is in place (Argus Console > System Configuration > System Numbering).

Also added automated comments for those cases accepted with Auto Accept (Common Profile > Reporting > E2B > Auto Accept Notes).

However ICSR's are still not being Auto-Accepted for this Reporting Destination - Why ?
