Allocations Rejected in SIM and ASNIN Fails With Duplicate Item Found on ASN (Doc ID 2686381.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 05, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management - Version 16.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When the item gets allocated from 2 different active locations for an allocation order during waving process, Warehouse Management Cloud Service (Logfire) maintains it as 2 records even if the picking & shipping are done with single LPN. After shipping , WMS sends it in separate <parcel_manifest_dtl> records. After USM mapping, same item gets published in 2 records under same ASN and container. The message fails in Retail Store Inventory Management (RSIM) with the error “Duplicate item found on ASN”.
