Goal

Customer wants to know whether ECM licensing is required for the branch which is responding to the RFI when we are implementing Send RFI feature.

For example,
If bank has taken license for 10 users, will this RFI user be considered as one of the 10 licensed users?
Does the bank need to use any other license for RFI or is standard license enough?
