Bulk E2B Transmit: Status Bulb Stuck in EDI IN or EDI OUT for Multiple Cases Even Upon Delivery (Doc ID 2687438.1)

In the Bulk E2b Transmit screen, the Status bulbs are stuck either in green in EDI IN or in yellow in EDI OUT for multiple cases where the files have been delivered to the partner.

Have verified from Axway that the files have been successfully delivered and there is no delay in the files getting picked up from the IN/OUT folders.

Causes confusion for the users as the status is not changing and therefore the reports are manually marked as submitted.
