Oracle Java SE Upgrade to JDK 8.0_251 for weblogic version 12.2.1.3 in ORMB environment

Customer was planning to apply Apr 2020 CPU application patches in their RMB environment. As per below Doc-Id , they need to perform Oracle Java SE Upgrade to JDK 8.0_251 for their weblogic version (12.2.1.3.0)in their ORMB environment. They had asked to provide the exact steps to perform this as they were doing this jdk update for first time after installation. Their current version is .8.0_171.

They wanted to know how to update latest jdk and also wanted to  know which specific files need to be updated with latest jdk details.
