Symptoms

The PURGE_SERVICE_BATCH stored procedure defines two variables: "SERVICEID NUMBER" and "SERVICE_ENTITYID NUMBER2, and they are initialized to "0". They are never updated, which means that the error and logging mechanisms will never say what service throws the error.
