Entered Journal Data Does Not Process In J-Literature Intake (Doc ID 2688434.1)

Symptoms

Issue:

On v8.2 or a higher version, when trying to add a new Journal data (which is the same as the existing data in the Import/Processing tab),

the entered data does not process in (menu) Worklist > J-Literature Intake.

Note: this issue does not occur in a lower version such as v8.1.2.

 

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Login to Argus with Argus-J user account

2. Go to Worklist > J-literature Intake

3. For example, there is the record with the following data in the Import or Processing tabs.

Journal name   : Journal Title (A)
Literature type : JAPIC

4. Press the [Add] button

5. Enter the same data in the "Add Individual Information(個別情報の追加)" window

Journal name   : Journal Title (A)
Literature type : JAPIC

6. Press the [Add] button

7. The message "Entered data already processed in the past. Proceed?" appears

     

8. Click the [OK] button

The entered data does not process/add and the "Add Individual Information" window keep displaying instead.
