Symptoms
On : 7.4.0.0.0 version
To support ConfigItemName in ServiceCharacterstics definition to differentiate the same name chars under different configuration Items
1) configItemName is required to difrentiate the same name chars under different config itme
2) ServiceSpecName is required Under ServiceCharacterstics to support the grouping of Chars under same RFS . Required for External System to Group the Chars of Different Type of RFSs.
