On : 12.0.0.2.0 version, NM Core

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is unable to retain original node ids when imported node chain from NMShell

When user try to import an existing nodechain of a nodemanager to another nodemanager using NMShell flag for retaining node ids, it is creating new node ids.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User want to retain original node ids when import node chain on any node manager.
