Print Medical Summaries Generates Case Number List Without Data (Doc ID 2692739.1)

Symptoms

Case Actions >> Open >> [Print Medical Summaries] button generates a report with listing case numbers but no data is printed at each case.

This happens only when
  • the User Account which is operating this belongs to only one User Group, and
  • the number of selected cases is more than 2 on Case Actions >> Open screen.
This does not happen when
  • the User Account which is operating this belongs to multiple User Group, or
  • the number of selected cases is only 1 or 2 on Case Actions >> Open screen.

Steps to Repeat:

  1. Create a new User Account 'User-1' belongs to only one User Group 'Administrator Group'.
  2. Login to Argus Safety application by 'User-1'.
  3. Go to Case Actions >> Open and search multiple cases.
  4. Select more than 2 cases and click [Print Medical Summaries] button. --->Medical Summary report is generated. Each case has no data.
  5. Create a new User Group 'Group-1'.
  6. Change the User Group of the User Account 'User-1' to 'Group-1'. User Account 'User-1' belongs to only one User Group 'Group-1'.
  7. Login to Argus Safety application by 'User-1'.
  8. Go to Case Actions >> Open and search multiple cases.
  9. Select more than 2 cases and click [Print Medical Summaries] button. --->Medical Summary report is generated. Each case has no data.
  10. Add User Group 'Administrator Group' to User Account 'User-1'. User Account 'User-1' belongs to 2 User Groups 'Administrator Group' and 'Group-1'.
  11. Login to Argus Safety application by 'User-1'.
  12. Go to Case Actions >> Open and search multiple cases.
  13. Select more than 2 cases and click [Print Medical Summaries] button. --->Medical Summary report is generated. Each case has data normally.
  14. Create a new User Group 'Group-2'.
  15. Change the User Group of the User Account 'User-1' to 'Group-1' and 'Group-2'. User Account 'User-1' belongs to 2 User Groups 'Group-1' and 'Group-2'.
  16. Login to Argus Safety application by 'User-1'.
  17. Go to Case Actions >> Open and search multiple cases.
  18. Select more than 2 cases and click [Print Medical Summaries] button. --->Medical Summary report is generated. Each case has data normally.
