Billing Care Unable to Display the MSISDN (Doc ID 2693252.1)

Symptoms

The asset page is showing only the record id [0] of service_alias_list_t in Billing and Revenue Management(BRM). In customer, the record id [0] contains the  International Mobile Subscriber Identity(IMSI) and record-id [1] contains Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) But BillingCare is unable to show the record-id[1].


1. Latest interim patch applied :

BRM 12.0 PS1, details are as follows:
$> ./opatch lspatches
There are no Interim patches installed in this Oracle Home "/opt/bcboc/OracleCommunications/BillingCare_12_1".

2. Step by step procedure to reproduce this issue

a. Create one customer in BRM where the service_alias_list should contain 2 records. Rec_id[0] = IMSI ReC_ID[1] = MSISDN.
Use PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER opcode to create an account. This will help to populate the ALIAS_LIST.

b. Open the Account' Asset through BillingCare,

It is not showing the MSISDN number.
