Error When Generating R3 Files (Doc ID 2693527.1)

Symptoms

Trying to create R3 E2B file (First Time Testing R3).

Getting the following error.

Error
Error No:402000636 Description Error while XSLT Transformation, refer ERROR_LOG for more details

Then the error:

ICSR Viewer
Unable to generate the file

ERROR_LOG table Info:

Error in XSLT Transformation: Error in input XML: The 'ichicsr' start tag on line 1 does not match the end tag of 'ichicsrbatchheader'. Line 5, position 3.
