Difference in Behavior of Imported E2B Cases For Lab Records (Doc ID 2695102.1)

1) If a lab record (Without Result, Unit, Notes) is added upon E2B import, it does not get removed upon case save.
2) If a lab record (Without Result, Unit, Notes) is added manually from UI it gets removed upon save.

Why is there a difference in behavior for E2B imported case.
Is it as per design or bug?
