Agile Managed Server Node Status Goes to Warning State Having Stuck Thread at NodeFactory (Doc ID 2695252.1)

Symptoms

In the environment where PX is running, Weblogic cluster managed node status goes to warning state with many threads are in STUCK Blocked status.
The issue cannot be reproduced by will.
In the thread dump, can see the thread gets stuck when NodeFactory is accessed:
