Work Request Creation error: Total Risk Priority must be greater than zero (Doc ID 2695883.1)

On : 2.2.0.1.0 version, WAM Work Management

When creation of Work request, Work priority field is not mandatory. however when submitted without providing Work priority, it gives an error message "Total Risk Priority" is mandatory which is a disabled field. When Work priority is selected, Total Risk Priority will be enabled for edit. Can Work priority be made a mandatory field . Error message is misleading.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Menu --> Work Management
2. Go to Work Request --> Add
3. Fill out Required fields (Work Priority is not indicated as mandatory)
4. Save
5. Error message
