Export DLR Using getDlrByKeyRequest Web Service Not Returning All Fields (Doc ID 2696304.1)

Symptoms

Below issues when retrieve the exported DLR payload from MetaSolv by using the Inventory API.

1)  ISS - DLR issue date
     Not able to identify this field in the Metasolv DLR XSD. Can you please provide info on which field represents ISS in the DLR XSD?  This field was present in CORBA IDL format.

2)  ECIA
     Is referred as ecInitiatedActivityInd in XSD but contains only true/false values i.e. boolean.  Actual values as per DLR standards are Y, X or Blank values.

     Please suggest how the Boolean values can be mapped to valid values as per DLR standards.

3) OLDECCKT 

    Unable to locate this field in the XSD under getDlrByKeyResponse element

4) EQPTYPE and FACDESG

    Fields are not present as separate fields in the Metasolv DLR XSD. See that a single field as equipTypeFacilityDesig is present.

    Can you please let us know how the value in equipTypeFacilityDesig field can be classified as EQPTYPE or FACDESG ?

5) RELAY RACK and FACTYPE

    Fields are not present as separate fields in the Metasolv DLR XSD.  See that a single field as relayRackFacilityType is present.

    Can you please let us know how the value in relayRackFacilityType field can be classified as RELAY RACK or FACTYPE field ?

6) UNIT and CHANNEL

    Fields are not present as separate fields in the Metasolv DLR XSD.  See that a single field as unitChannel is present.

    Can you please let us know how the value in unitChannel field can be classified as UNIT and CHANNEL field ?
