Goal

Qn1:When setting "- fm_rate log_refresh_product 1" cm parameter , no extra logging is produced on product change in Billing Revenue Management (BRM).

Steps:

1. Set the following cm parameters :
- fm_rate log_refresh_product 1
- fm_rate refresh_product_interval 120
2.Restart the flow
3.Modify an existing BRM product
4.Wait for the required amount of time 2 min for the log notification of pricelist refresh nothing happens which is not expected.

Qn2. Considering that product P1 has been modified, if rating events/purchase/etc. occur for other products (but not P1) will the message appear ? If not, will the product update in the cache not take place also ?
Qn3.. If a rating event occurs for an account that has a newly changed product P1, but the rating uses another product in the end will the message occur and the product update take place ?
Qn4. If product P1 is modified, refresh_product_interval is 10 min and during that 1st interval no rating/purchase event occurs, will events in a 2nd interval trigger the message ?
