For Some Of The Users Show User Log Is Not Displaying With Debug=true Option (Doc ID 2697422.1)

Goal

 User logs are not displayed on click of Show User Log button in case User Id  contains special characters(like @,!,#)


Following are the steps to replicate the issue :

1. Create a User Id with special character.
2. Login to the application with debug=true from the User Id with
   special character.
3. Navigate through the application and click button Show User Log.

Actual Result:We do not see any log entries.
Expected Result:Log Entries should be displayed even if the User Id contains special characters.
