What Is The Behavior Of Pin_rel If The RAC Node Goes Down? (Doc ID 2697887.1)

Goal

On : 12.0.0.1.0 version,  Event Management

Customer have installed Billing Revenue Management 12.0.0.1.0 and the database is in Real Application Clusters (RAC) with several active nodes, however they had an error in pin_rel when the RAC node is down. 

Shouldn't the application pool detect that the session has killed and provided another one without interrupting the process? What is the expected behavior of pin_rel if the RAC node goes down keeping the other nodes active?
