Goal

Basic Search with "Include Attachment Text" check box checked to run Full Text Search returns search results for specified object based on all revision and does not display search results for objects having the text included on attachment of it's latest revision only if search criteria Rev field is set as blank.

Is there any method on running Full Text Search using basic search to return objects having attachment file including the searched text on it's latest revision only without setting search criteria Rev field with value?

For example, suppose there are document : D00018 and D00019 having text file including text word : forth
attached to D00018 latest revision "C" and D00019 revision "A". (D00019 latest revision is "B")

Run below Basic Search :

Items : Documents
Name/Number/Desc : Contains Phrase : forth Include Attachment Text : check
Rev : In : <leave it blank>

This will return below search output, which shows that it is running Full Text Search to all revision and not to latest revision only.

Number
---------
D00018
D00019
