Service Call Should Not Be Allowed To Be Deleted when Work Order or Work Activity has been created

Symptoms
On : 2.2.0.4.0 version, Functional
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- The Service Call was processed and created the Work Order (WO) and Work Activity (WA). Then the user was allowed to delete the Service Call after processing. When WO/Activity was updated it caused an error because it is referencing the deleted Service Call.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Go to Work Management 2. Go to Service Call 3. Search 4. Go to record with Work Created 5. Delete the record 6. Application allows it
