ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- MDM adjusting Daily Service Quantity on Item Details when processing UTs
MDM sometimes adjust the Daily Service Quantity on Items when processing UTs. This adjusted Daily Service Quantity gets sent to CCB and causes unexpected billing issues. We would expect the Daily Service Quantity to match the Average Estimated Daily Quantity configured on the Item Type.
