D1-IMDSeedeer Component Gets Renamed To CM_D1-IMDSeeder After CM Content Upgrade (Doc ID 2699719.1)

Goal

On : 6.0.0.2.1 version, Install/Upgrade issue

D1-IMDSeedeer component gets renamed to CM_D1-IMDSeeder after CM Content Upgrade

User used the CM Content Upgrade utility to upgrade a MDM 2.1.0.3 Flow to a MDM 2.3.0.2 Flow. For some reason, the D1-IMDSeeder component was renamed to CM_D1-IMDSeeder by CM Content Upgrade like it is a custom component. D1-IMDSeeder is an Oracle provided component, So I am not sure why it was renamed to CM_D1-Seeder
