Goal

Scenario:

One is generating usage charges using the opcode PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE. Following is the flow.
1. Usage charges on the 1st of the month using ACT_USAGE with start_t and end_t as previous month dates.
2. Populate GL(General Ledger) file with a start date as previous month 1st and end date as the previous month-end

Actual result:

Usage record is not picked in the report

Expected result:

Usage record which got generated on this month 1st for the previous month usage charge should be picked as unbilled earned.
